After graduation from The University of Portland and following his honorable service as a Ranger Qualified Infantry Officer in the US Army's Global War on Terror, John joined Smith Barney/CitiGroup private banking practice where he serviced several Forbes 400 family office groups. A successful cancer battle reoriented John to focus locally. For the last 20 years he has amassed unmatched market knowledge and a Boulder rental portfolio with ~335 beds and a market value greater than $135MM.

Rob O'Dea

Co-Founder // Development & Operations

Early experience in retail banking strategy and as a Silicon Valley high-tech start-up founder in the early 2000s paved the way for a now 15-year career specializing in real estate development. Before concentrating his practice in the Front Range, Rob was directly involved in the successful entitlement and development of +$4B of contested multifamily projects across the Western United States. Rob's record of 100% entitlement success — including in Boulder — is without peer. Rob also served as a development and branding consultant on several national award-winning multifamily development projects and as owners' representative through vertical construction.
